The performances and structural features of the new products are validated in RAAL testing center, based on the technical specifications and the parameters obtained by data acquisition on customer's equipment.
Testing center capabilities include:
- testing the thermal and fluid-dynamic features on the wind tunnel
- testing the structural features: burst pressure, cycle pressure, thermal cycle, vibrations and shocks at ambient temperature or at high temperatures in climate chamber
- testing of internal cleanliness
- chemical tests and accelerated corrosion tests
- metallographic studies
