2017-03-09, RAAL at CONEXPO- CON/AGG 2017- Las Vegas

RAAL and its USA associate - Atlas Engineering – attended, from 7 to 11 March, to the CONEXPO-CON/AGG fair dedicated to construction equipment manufacturers.

GameEquipment Company from Napoleonville, LA, USA, presented at this fair the 96ATX tractor prototype ( 4x4, 630HP /470kW ) which cooling system is provided by RAAL.

2015-09-18, Inauguration of production hall for the manufacturing of metallic structures

RAAL inaugurated a new production facility for manufacturing of metallic structures at the factory in Prundu Bîrgăului. Important RAAL partners, from 15 different countries, participated at this event.

The guests had the opportunity to understand our company dimensions and the potential, following RAAL evolution from its beginnings until now. They have also been introduced to the main investments realized this year and to the development strategy for the next years.

The RAAL specialists offered information regarding the new equipments performances and functionality, the participants having the possibility to see the whole manufacturing process of metallic structures within the frame of the new production facility.  

The discussions have revealed how important these investments are, in term of productivity as well as development of a new product range, with superior quality and performances.

Plus, it created the perspective of entering on a new market – that of steel structures meant to other domains than that of cooling systems. 

 

2015-07-03, The KTL Plant and The Powder Coating Line

The surfaces treatment plant assures a high corrosion protection performance of steel and aluminum parts using the chemical pre-treatment line followed by immersion KTL (cataphoresis) coating and/or the powder automatic coating line.

Characteristics:

• Any material type which is an electricity conductor with complex shapes and geometries can be painted
• Part maximum size: 2200x850x1800 mm
• Capacity: 225 m2/h, 5250 kg/h
• Performance: corrosion resistance over 1000 hours salt spray testing according to ISO 9227 

2015-06-15, RAAL Testing Center - Electro-dynamic vibration system

RAAL Testing Center has been equipped with an electro-dynamic vibration shaker. This equipment is used for heat exchangers testing and validation as well as for new solutions development in research. We are able to perform tests according to the vibration standards in the automotive, railway, military, etc. and also based on the data acquired directly on the machine in operation.
