It's been a year since RAAL has started manufacturing stainless steel heat exchangers.
Due to the market requests for some heat exchangers that are corrosion resistant and suitable for high temperatures working conditions, RAAL considered the possibility of manufacturing stainless steel heat exchangers.
RAAL is a manufacturer of stainless steel heat exchangers for applications that require special conditions: high pressures, high temperatures, and corrosive environments:
- thermal pumps;
- high power compressors ( over 100Kw);
- exhaust gases cooling equipment;
- thermal stations for apartments;
- medical equipment;
- dedicated equipment for chemical and food industries.

VACUUM BRAZING:
SECO/WARWICK 2.0VP-4035/36HV, with a compact design and an internal blower and heat exchanger, requiring minimum floor space. Durable graphite insulation and heaters provide long, reliable service in this heavy-duty furnace designed for the industrial work place. The pumping system, power supply and cooling systems are generously sized to enable a wide range of industrial heat treatment applications including: brazing, quench hardening and tempering, low pressure carburizing, degassing, annealing and solution heat treatment. A fan provides convection, thus enabling a fast and uniform heating process. The cooling gas re-circulation system includes a multi-nozzle gas feed arrangement to optimize the uniformity and rate of cooling of the load during quenching.Useful dimensions (W x H x L): 600 x 600 x 900 mm;
Maximum load gross weight: 200 kg;
Ultimate temperature: 1250șC;
Temperature uniformity (from 750șC to 1250șC) ±5șC;
Vacuum level: 10-3-10-5 torr.

The R&D in RAAL is directed towards developing new heat exchangers types, new geometries with increased cooling areas and higher performances using new filler and base materials, which are suitable for vacuum brazing. For this purpose RAAL has a laboratory vacuum brazing furnace with the following characteristics: 150 x 150 x 380 mm, 1300șC, 10-5torr, with molybdenum chamber.
